Welcome
to Clyde Organics – one
of Scotland’s leading organic milk and cream suppliers. We are a family run, organic dairy farm which supplies
wholesale and direct to the public. Our farm is in the
Clyde Valley between Lanark and Biggar and all of our milk
is produced on our own farm from clover rich pastures.
The cows are fed a non G.M. diet and there are no pesticides,
herbicides or artificial fertilisers used.
Scottish Organic Milk…. the natural choice:
- tastes ‘how milk used to taste’ (a comment
made by many Clyde Organics’ customers.)
- good for
you (contains more health promoting omega 3 alpha linolenic
fatty acids than conventional milk – please visit to www.omsco.co.ok for
further information.)
- good for the cows (no use of artificial insecticides,
herbicides or fungicides where our cows graze.)
- good for
the environment (organic milk is G.M. free and there are
5 times as many wild plants and 57 more plant species on
organic farms.)
Our milk is available in non standardised
full cream and semi-skimmed. Cream can be supplied as single
cream or
double cream. We supply to the
retailing and
wholesaling sectors and our milk and cream are available in a comprehensive
range of packaging. You can purchase our milk and cream from a wide range
of shops
in Glasgow, Edinburgh, several box schemes, farmers markets and many
other parts of Scotland (refer to retailers page for further details.)
We also grow a wide selection of vegetables and potatoes which we sell
at the Farm Gate (address below) along with our milk and cream – all
at reasonable prices. Organic fruit and veg. boxes can be ordered from
us and collected weekly
from the Farm Gate.
